Transformasi Digital Supply Chain melalui Implementasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Pesatnya perkembangan Industri 4.0 menuntut transisi dari model rantai pasok tradisional menuju Digital Supply Chain (DSC) yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran krusial sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sebagai katalisator utama dalam transformasi digital tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka (library research), penelitian ini menyintesis temuan dari berbagai jurnal bereputasi tinggi untuk menilai dampak ERP terhadap kinerja rantai pasok. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ERP yang berhasil memfasilitasi integrasi data secara real-time lintas departemen, yang secara efektif mereduksi fenomena bullwhip effect dan menurunkan biaya operasional sebesar 15–20%. Lebih lanjut, ERP berfungsi sebagai tulang punggung digital yang esensial untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi baru seperti Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Internet of Things (IoT), yang meningkatkan akurasi peramalan permintaan serta ketangguhan operasional. Namun, studi ini juga mengidentifikasi bahwa resistensi organisasi dan pengabaian Business Process Reengineering (BPR) tetap menjadi hambatan signifikan yang berkontribusi pada tingginya angka kegagalan inisiatif digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun ERP menawarkan keunggulan kompetitif yang substansial, keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada dukungan manajemen puncak dan strategi manajemen perubahan yang kuat. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi praktisi yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan ekosistem rantai pasok digital mereka.
